"It’s hard to know where to start because we really can’t say enough good things about working with Chris. It was the first time looking to buy a home for my fiancé and myself so we were very new to the process and had pretty much endless questions. He was always quick to answer and provided super in-depth details about any condos we were interested in. It also helps that he is genuinely hilarious and very easy to talk to which really made it a pleasure to work with him.

 Going into buying a home, you hear stories about agents looking to make a quick sale because that benefits them more. This couldn’t have been further from our experience with Chris. Right off the bat, you could tell that he is super honest and was very transparent on why he thought some of the condos coming up in our listings would not be the right fit for us. We could tell he was willing to put the time in to find the right place for us. Anytime we viewed a condo, he would do an extremely thorough look through every room and point out anything that may be of concern. He also knew the exact right questions to ask the sellers agent. This made us feel very comfortable when we did end up finding our dream condo as we knew he would be sure to point out anything iffy. 

When the right condo finally came along, he walked us through everything step by step, gave us some tips and tricks, and ended up landing us our dream condo! Honestly we can’t feel any luckier with the place we can now call home.  From top to bottom he made, what could be a stressful process, totally painless and enjoyable.

“Our relationship began in an unconventional way.  We hadn’t decided to list our apartment yet but were thinking about moving into a home.
